How are Brazilian Agate stones different?
Brazilian agate is found as sizable geodes of layered nodules. These occur in brownish tones inter-layered with white and gray. Quartz forms within these nodules, creating a striking specimen when cut opposite the layered growth axis. It is often dyed in various colors for ornamental purposes.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We offer Free Shipping on all products within the U.S. Heavier items 70 lbs. and over require a 2-day handling period as they ship via pallet. Our goal is to take extra steps to make sure your gemstone arrives safely after millions of years in the making.
What is the cutoff time to ship orders the same day?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day during week days.
Where are Agathas products shipped from?
All Agathas products are stored and shipped from California. Large wholesale orders may be shipped directly from Brazil to the final destination, per delivery conditions negotiated in the agreement.
Why the products I received from Agathas were different than the images on your website?
Due to the unique nature of the stone the images provide in our website are only a representation of what your product will look like. Every piece is a gem here at Agathas and evert piece will be unique.

What is your return policy?
Our Return policy is 14-days from purchase and will generate a store credit for the same amount. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
